Effective August 21, 2026
Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, purchasing, receiving service, or leasing.
How consent is collected
Every Live Oak Apartments leasing inquiry form includes one separate text-message consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and becomes available only after you enter a valid phone number. Selecting it authorizes text messages from Live Oak Apartments about your inquiry at the number provided. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from submitting the form, and the phone number itself remains optional.
How consent is recorded
The secure inquiry records a YES or NO text-message preference, the submitted phone number, the displayed disclosure version, the source page, the form and inquiry type, a server receipt timestamp, and an event identifier. The preference is delivered with the leasing inquiry to Live Oak Apartments’ authorized operational workflow. The website itself does not automatically send a text when you submit the form; an authorized leasing team or configured messaging provider may use an affirmative preference for follow-up about that inquiry.
Message terms
Aircall is the configured messaging provider for the Live Oak Apartments leasing number, (813) 252-1984, when the operational texting program is active. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Live Oak Apartments and its authorized providers must honor applicable revocation and opt-out requests. You may also communicate a request to stop through another reasonable method, including contacting the leasing team.
Your choices
You may submit a leasing inquiry without providing a phone number or selecting text consent. You may also contact leasing to ask a question or update a communication preference.
